Phase Structure and Phase Stability Studies of La-Y Co-doped HfO<sub>2</sub> Materials and Coatings

In this study, The 30 mol% La-Y co-doped HfO 2 was prepared by solid-phase synthesis and the effect of doping content La element on phase structure high temperature stability investigated XRD. results show that LaYSH is pyrochlore p-phase + fluorite c-phase when 6 9 mol%, a single 0-3 mol%. After sintering at 1600 °C for 50 h, 0, 1 remained as c-phase, 3 produced 2.54 wt% p-phase, in decreased to varying degrees. coatings all had unchanged sintered 1600°C hours, demonstrating their good stability.
